Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 ball burrata cheese, torn into pieces
  • 2 cups arugula or mixed greens
  • ¼ cup toasted almonds
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions

Arrange arugula on a plate.

Top with peach slices, burrata, and toasted almonds.
