A light, flavorful bite that pairs beautifully with crisp, citrusy Sauvignon Blanc.

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced into ½-inch rounds
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme or chopped chives
  • ½ tsp lemon zest
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet.

Brush with olive oil and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden.

In a bowl, mix goat cheese, honey, thyme, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until creamy.

Spread onto toasted crostini and drizzle with extra honey if desired.
