This small-lot Alexander Valley Cabernet was crafted with a borderline obsessive attention to detail, with only the best barrels selected. Our most beastly wine, it is made only for the bold at heart.

TASTING NOTES
Our inaugural release Ode to the Beast Cabernet Sauvignon opens with intense aromas of wild berries, dark plum, and vanilla spice. The palate offers complex, layered flavors of black currant, dusty dark chocolate, toasted oak, black olive and tobacco. Bold tannins are softened by a rich mouthfeel and a smooth, lingering finish. Enjoy now or cellar for 10+ years for additional complexity.
